Client:
Hess Corporation

Goal:
To create an informational booklet explaining what happens after an employee leaves Hess through layoff, retirement, or new job opportunity

Result:
The 24-page booklet gave employees a “handbook” describing next steps when transitioning out of Hess into retirement or a new job. While the content was quite detailed and specific, the use of white space, sidebars, and photography kept  the overall tone light while also maintaining reader attention.*
