Goal:
To develop a website campaign that inspired Nestlé employees to make the most of their PTO before year’s end

Result:
What better way to remind employees to use their PTO than through a fun, gamified experience? Those who took time off were entered into a prize drawing to win rewards they could use on future vacations. It was a win-win for both employees and administrators alike, as employees felt valued and administrators were able to off load the cost of paying out unused PTO.
